1、 Assembling lithium battery pack
2、 Connect the protective board B-thick wire to the battery’s main negative pole (the B-wire must be connected to the short thick wire), and the contact should be good.
3、 Connecting flat cable
As shown in the figure, the first black wire on the far right of the flat wire is B0, B0 is connected to the total negative pole of the battery, the second flat wire B1 is connected to the positive pole of the first string of batteries, the third flat wire B2 is connected to the positive pole of the second string of batteries, the fourth flat wire B3 is connected to the positive pole of the third string of batteries, and so on. Note: Before connecting the flat cable, be sure to unplug the flat cable from the board. The connection method of the flat cable has no direct relationship with the color, and is only required in sequence.
4、 Measuring cable outlet
After connecting the flat cable, measure the voltage between each two adjacent flat cables from the metal head of the black B0 flat cable. The voltage of the polymer (lithium ternary) battery should be less than 4.20V (between 4.15-4.20V is recommended), and the voltage of the lithium iron phosphate battery should be less than 3.6V (between 3.4-3.6V is recommended). After checking, insert the flat cable to activate charging.
5、 Measuring protection plate
Connect the mobile phone APP, set the number of battery packs and the protection parameter battery type, and turn on the charge and discharge switches to activate. Use a multimeter to measure whether the total voltage B of the battery pack is equal to the output voltage C of the protection board. The protection board works normally when it is equal. If they are not equal, first check whether they are connected to the wrong wire, whether the single string voltage is normal, and whether the series connection is in good contact, and then activate the charging (or short circuit B -/C-5 seconds).
6、 Connect the negative pole of charger and load to C -. Assembly completed!
Basic requirements for lithium battery pack assembly and working principle of protection plate:
1. First, test the internal resistance of the single electric core.
2. Test the capacity of the monomer.
3. Select the electric core with the same internal resistance capacity and charge it to the full voltage before assembly. If they are not assembled according to the basic requirements, the whole group may not be fully charged, or the whole group may fail to power off protection prematurely, because the unit voltage is too high or too low, leading to the whole group protection. Note: Single voltage consistency does not mean the same capacity, internal resistance consistency, and electric quantity consistency, so it cannot replace full assembly. When the voltage of a single battery pack is too high, it cannot be charged completely. If the voltage of a single battery pack is too low, it will be powered off for protection. The protection board does not support series connection with the protection board
