1. Order Processing Time
All orders for battery protection boards, balancers and charge-discharge testers will be processed within 1–3 working days after full payment is confirmed. For bulk wholesale orders over 50 units, processing time will be extended to 3–5 working days. We will send tracking number to your registered email once parcel dispatched.
2. Delivery Transit Time
We ship global parcels via DPD, DHL and air freight channels:
- European Countries: Standard shipping 7–15 working days; Express shipping 3–7 working days
- Southeast Asia: 5–10 working days
- North & South America: 10–20 working days Transit time is estimated and not fully guaranteed, delays caused by customs clearance, local logistics or force majeure are out of our control.
3. Customs & Tariff
Import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees in destination countries shall be borne by buyers. We can provide commercial invoice for battery equipment customs declaration upon request.
