HT-CC50ABP Lithium Battery Charge & Discharge Capacity Tester

HELTEC ENERGY HT-CC50ABP is an all-in-one battery testing equipment integrating charging, discharging, cycle aging and capacity calibration, applicable for 5~120V assembled battery packs with BMS protection board. It supports four mainstream battery chemistries: Lead-acid, Ni-MH, LFP(LiFePO4), NCM ternary lithium, widely used in battery factory capacity grading, after-sales maintenance, e-bike/energy storage battery testing, lab performance research.

Equipped with high-definition colorful LCD display, all core test data including real-time voltage, test current, accumulated capacity(Ah), total energy(Wh), running time and running mode are shown synchronously on screen. Users can check test progress without extra multimeter, intuitive data reading and high testing precision.

6 built-in independent working modes realize one machine multi-purpose:

Wide Compatibility for 4 Common Battery Types

Pre-set standard cutoff parameters for Lead-acid, Ni-MH, LFP, NCM four mainstream batteries, users only need to refer battery datasheet to set cutoff voltage & current:

• Lead-acid: Rated 12V, cutoff 10V, discharge current ≤20% of rated capacity

• Ni-MH: Rated 1.2V, cutoff 0.9V, discharge current ≤20% of rated capacity

• LFP(LiFePO4): Rated 3.2V, cutoff 2.5V, discharge current ≤50% of rated capacity

• NCM Lithium: Rated 3.7V, cutoff 2.8V, discharge current ≤50% of rated capacity

Powerful Charge & Discharge Performance

• Charging range: 1~20A stepless adjustable by 0.1A step, adopt industry-standard CC-CV charging curve to restore real charging scene

• Discharging range: 1~50A stepless adjustable by 0.1A step; for battery below 10V, max discharge limited at 25A to protect machine safety

Wide voltage coverage 5V-120V, covers most finished lithium battery packs on market from small portable battery to high-voltage energy storage battery

Comprehensive 5-Layer Intelligent Safety Protection

Built-in multi-level intelligent safety protection system to avoid equipment & battery damage during long-time continuous testing:

• Over-voltage Protection: Auto stop test once battery voltage exceeds set threshold to prevent overcharge damage

• Reverse Connection Protection: Anti-reverse wiring design, no instant burnout when positive/negative clips are connected reversely

• Over-current Protection: Automatically cut off output if instantaneous current exceeds upper limit

• High Battery Temperature Protection: External temperature probe monitors battery temp; auto alarm & stop testing when overheating

• Machine Internal Overheat Protection: Real-time internal temperature monitoring; trigger protection to shut down equipment when inner temp abnormally spikes

  

Optimized Air Cooling System & Safe Operation

Built-in high-speed cooling fan forced-air cooling system:

1. After test shutdown, cooling fan keeps running about 2 minutes to exhaust residual heat inside the equipment, avoid overheat damage for long-time continuous test

2. Safety reminder: Keep 1m empty space around all sides of tester, no flammable/explosive/valuable items within 1m range, air outlet surface temp up to 90℃, never touch hot area during running. Stable cooling ensures long service life for daily batch repeated test.

Operation Environment & Safety Notice

1. The tester produces massive heat during operation; keep exhaust vent facing outdoor for heat exhaust.

2. Do not stack multiple machines together or place side by side, heat accumulation will trigger overheat protection.

3. Keep the area within 1 meter around the machine clear of flammable, explosive and valuables.

4. On-site operator must be on duty during the whole testing process.
