*Product Advantages:

It supports 500A continuous current output, and the peak current can reach 2000A. It is not easy to be heated and damaged. If damaged, the main control will not be affected. You only need to replace the relay to reduce maintenance costs. Current relay power consumption: 250mA.

The relay is a main circuit switch. You can choose different currents, but the maximum current does not exceed 500A. It is recommended that the working power consumption be less than 500mA. BMS only provides 12V control voltage to control the introduction of relay.

1. BMS built-in BT module can be used to view battery parameters on the phone( Android only, IOS is under development ).
*Mobile APP not available for BMS more than 32S and Master-slave design.


2. You can develop your own application system according to your own needs. We can provide BMS interface communication protocol.


3. The main protection functions of BMS are: overcharge protection, overdischarge protection, overcurrent protection, balance protection, short circuit protection, BMS low voltage sleep, NTC temperature control protection, etc.

4. The application can adjust hardware and software parameters and support Li ion, LiFePO4, LTO batteries.

5. It can be compatible with 3S-32S lithium battery pack. The length of the balanced cable is about 800mm. There are marks on each cable such as B-, B1+, B2+……B16+, B+. This is a very convenient design for welding cables.

6. Static balance: setting the battery voltage difference between 0.02V-0.05V, it will automatically turn on the balance function.

7. Application: large vehicle starting power, solar energy storage, engineering vehicle, low speed four wheeled vehicle, RV or any other device you want to place.

8. The protection parameter settings and modified:
Charge and discharge high temperature and low temperature, battery pack overvoltage and undervoltage, unit cell overvoltage and undervoltage, short circuit and differential pressure value, balance voltage can be modified. It can also reset and restore factory settings.

* BMS can handle at most 240S battery pack with master-slave design. Battery above 32S is recommend to consider this master-slave design.Kindly contact us for more info.

This is our real project for 110S 352V Solar Energy Storage

This client just want save money choose two package , one is 55S, but it is not good for package or any repair . So if you need high voltage bms system . Just contact us .

For example:
 

If one battery is packed in 16S, and 10 pack in total, it’s 160S 512V battery pack.

Therefore, you need 10 pcs slave bms board and other accessories.

If it’s 64S system,consider two 32S batteries pack in series, the selling price is the same as the 36S. So just select the 36S slave board will be fine.

1.Mobile app ( Andriod system)
The mobile app monitors the battery charge and discharge status, and the single battery voltage, total battery voltage, two-way battery current, temperature display, battery capacity display and protection value are adjustable.
*iPhone is not available now.

2. BMS and PC connection
*Connect the computer program through RS485 to USB module for debugging BMS operation parameters.

3. Provide BMS interface protocol

 
*We can provide CAN communication protocol and RS485 protocol for your use.

4.Support SOC Display.
*Support current detection, collect current and voltage with high accuracy, and calculate battery capacity through BMS.
5. Temperature sensor
Collect the current temperature of the battery environment in real time, and support the adjustment of high and low temperature BMS power-off function. The product has 3-4 temperature sensors with a length of 500mm.


6. BMS manual switch off
BMS can be switch off manually through KEY line.

7. Communication isolation
The CAN, RS485 and UART communication functions of this BMS have isolation and strong anti-interference.

8. Battery balance function
Battery assisted static balance, automatically turns on when there is a voltage difference(between 0.02V-0.05V)in the battery, and the balance current is 60mA.

9. New Energy Vehicle Relay
Using 12V weak current control relay to work, can withstand very large current output, and will not heat, even if it is damaged, it is easy to replace.

10. Hall sensor

It is used to detect current input and output information, and send the information to BMS to calculate SOC. Overcurrent protection can be set, error 2%, range 600A.
