Power Switch: Turns the tester on/off.

Emergency Stop Switch: Immediately cuts off power for safety protection.

Battery Positive/Negative Terminals: Connect directly to the battery pack’s positive and negative poles.

Voltage Detection Ports: High-precision ports for accurate voltage measurement at the battery terminals.

External Temperature Detection Port: Connects to the included temperature sensor for real-time monitoring.

Heavy-Duty Cables: 150A-rated wires with clamps, voltage sensing, and temperature probes for reliable connections.

How to Use

  1. Power On: Turn on the tester using the power switch.

  2. Connect the Battery: Attach the positive/negative clamps to the corresponding terminals of the battery pack.

  3. Set Parameters: Select the battery type (lead-acid/LiFePO4/ternary/NiMH), discharge mode, and desired voltage/current settings on the touchscreen.

  4. Start Discharge: Initiate the test and monitor real-time data (V, A, Ah, kWh) on the display.

  5. Safety Note: Keep a 2-meter clearance around the air intake/outlet, operate in a well-ventilated area, and use the emergency stop switch if issues arise.

  1. Airflow Design: Left-side air intake and right-side air outlet for efficient cooling.

  2. Clearance Requirement: Maintain 2 meters of free space on both sides to avoid overheating.
